Our Suites

Shady Creek offers three unique suites that have been meticulously restored and furnished to offer the perfect combination of luxury, romance and beauty. The suites can be reserved separately or in combinations up to four total bedrooms to accommodate groups as large as twelve.

The Sunday House

Built in 1902 and recognized as a Texas Historical Landmark, The Sunday House allows You to experience the rich German heritage of this historically significant home. Known to local residents as "The Duck Crossing", the home has been an attraction for tourists for decades because it epitomizes the tranquility and beauty of Fredericksburg Bed and Breakfasts. The Victorian style yellow Sunday House and meandering creek with resident ducks is a rare glimpse back in time.

The Master Suite

The Master Suite offers two luxurious and distinct bedrooms with a romantic whirlpool tub laid in Italian marble, granite countertops and a copper sink and fixtures. The large living area features a limestone wood-burning fireplace, 20-foot vaulted ceilings, full wet bar, and bay windows with a beautiful view of Town Creek and an 1860s cabin brought to this site in the 1970s.

The Carriage House

Our secluded luxury suite with a king size iron bed hand crafted by a local artisan and a large two person whirlpool tub. The king size bed furbished with lush linens and a custom pillow top mattress, French doors that open onto a private sitting area and a spacious indoor seating area complete with a leather sofa are just a few of the details in place for you to enjoy a private retreat.
